The apartment is spread over three levels: the living room, the independent kitchen and a bathroom with shower have been created in the old underground garage of the house: the original stone walls of the house preserve the coolness in the summer months. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, from which there is a beautiful view of the Château de la Punta. On the second floor are the other two bedrooms, furnished with a double bed and with two single beds, with the third bathroom with shower in common between them. The swimming pool is accessible by exiting from the terrace in front of the facade of the house and walking along the stone staircase which runs alongside the large cistern.
