Built more than 200 years ago, this delightful country house overlooks a large terrace to the west from where you can enjoy wonderful views of Punta Pozzo di Borgo and its splendid Château. On the northern side it is surrounded by a large oak wood and strawberry trees, that offer cool shade in the warm summer months. Today it has been transformed into 3 multi-level apartments. Large French windows set into archways lead onto the living areas which are on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are on the upper floors. The beautiful  swimming pool enjoys an excellent westerly facing position, and is situated just under the old cistern which built to collect water from an underground spring. The apartments can be accessed via both the ground or first floors from the car park which is just a short distance from the house.

This  ancient lookout tower boasts a breathtaking view over the large Gulf of Ajaccio. It stands tall in the shadow of an majestic maritime pine and is surrounded by secular olives, and forest of oak and strawberry trees that offer cool shade during the warm Summer months. The tower was completely restored in 2017 and great care was taken to preserve its original architectural features. In the main part of the tower there are two apartments that are on more than one level , with a ground floor living area and entrance area via large French windows set into the old archways, and then with the bedrooms on the upper floors. A third apartment stretches across the entire ground floor area that once housed the old tower storage rooms.  The well-appointed swimming pool,  which is shared with the other apartments of ‘Le Moulin’ is just a few steps away.
